DryClean is your go-to service for getting your clothes cleaned and washed effortlessly. With just a few clicks from your laptop or via our app, you can order cleaning and laundry services throughout Sjælland. We are dedicated to expanding our services nationwide in the near future, ensuring convenience and quality wherever you are.

It takes a few seconds to order cleaning / laundry pick-up with Wash n´Dry.
You must first create your free profile, and then you can place your order directly on our website or via our app. Once you have created your profile, simply select the pick-up and delivery time.
Our pick-up times are as follows.

Weekdays from 10-14 & from 17-22

Saturday from kl. 10-17

An email address, a physical address and a credit card is required to place an order.
Privat customers cannot make a service request on telephone.

An automated email will be generated to your email address after order completion, this is the confirmation of your service request. Please print this and attach the clothes, so that we know who the owner is. If you do not have a printer available, please write in the comments field or inform our driver, as he then will manually write a note when picking up.

Not necessarily. You can write a message in the comment field, that the clothes are either put in the carport, shed or somewhere else. Then the driver will pick up the clothes from the described place. If you want the clothes to be delivered the same place, then please also write it in the comment field.

Only criteria are, that it must also be possible to get to the place without the use of keys or anything else, making it difficult for the driver. In vain driving costs DKK 99.

Please note that the above is at your own risk, and we have no liability whatsoever. 

You can change the pick-up / delivery time yourself no later than 8 hours before the pick-up or delivery interval starts under your “profile”, go to “order history” and click on “ongoing order”, choose the one you want to change and select new timing.

Yes!
Your workplace must have a small space available to you and your colleagues. This area will be used for pick-up and delivery, where we position a basket for the driver to pick-up your clothes. At the same place, a rack will be placed where your clothes will be delivered – clean and hanged.

Talk to your HR Department, Receptionist or relevant person. We will then add your company in our system with the pick-up and delivery address, so you simply can take your cleaning / laundry to work.
The additional advantage is that it is completely FREE for you and your colleagues to pick up and bring clothes to the company address.

No, clothes cannot be handed in or picked up yourself.

The driving fee depends on which postcode you live in. You will be able to see this in the order flow. For most postcodes, a driving fee of only DKK 25 is charged for collection or delivery. The other postcodes are subject to a fee of DKK 69 for collection or delivery.

When an agreement is made with your company, many of your colleagues can benefit from the services where we pick up / deliver clothes to the company address twice a week. The company employees do not have to think about being at home or when the driver will come. All needed is to take the cleaning / laundry to work, which will be picked up from there and delivered back to the same place. So, no stress for you at all. Once this arrangement has been decided, and there are several from the same company ordering through, we offer completely FREE to pick up / deliver clothes to the company address.

No, our experienced staff makes sure that your clothes are sorted.

We do everything possible to remove the stains but cannot ensure that all stains are removed. There are many types of stains, which in some cases require extra effort and chemicals, which can be strong and the clothes can be vulnerable to these.

Our machines are the most environmentally friendly hydrocarbon machines, which can sometimes have difficulty removing all stains. The old perchlor cleaning machines was more effective in terms of stain treatment, but much more environmentally harmful and toxic to nearby people. And therefore, no longer used in newer dry-cleaners.

If a label has been applied to your clothes, then it is to make you aware of that we have tried to remove the stain more than once, but unfortunately not succeeded.
